– Unit 5
Applying the principles of nutrition to a physical activity programme (L/600/9054).
– Unit 6
Programming personal training with clients (F/600/9052).
– Unit 7
Delivering personal training sessions (J/600/9053).
– Unit 8
Improving your business skills (F/503/1798).
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The learner must hold a suitable Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym) qualification or equivalent.
This qualification is assessed by:

At the end of the course you’ll be able to confidently, plan, deliver and evaluate personal training sessions. Enabling you to become a qualified personal trainer. Unit 8 of the program gives you the business skills to start your own personal training business.
